'the most informative and laid out site, with so much information'
Now in its 79th year, the FBAS is the UK's largest, non-profit making fishkeeping body.
This site will tell you all about us and what we do.
But we want to hear from you too: if you have any fishkeeping problems or queries we're here to help , but if you're in the middle of a successful period with your fish then why not share the good news with us?
Alan Stevens, the Trophy Officer
(seen here with a framed fragment of all
that was left of the Supreme Showstand
after last years's Festival of Fishkeeping)
would remind all Show Secretaries that the
closing date for applications for FBAS
Championship Class Trophies and Show
Packs is the 31st March. Failure to apply
in time, or any non-compliance with the
Application Rules - for instance, no FBAS
Affilation Number or other ratification of
membership, may result in non-availability
