The original FBAS AQUATALKS have been withdrawn from the Federation's list of services to Societies.

Over the years, and with the advance in technology, there is now little demand for these audio-cassette based programmes with their recorded commentary including built-in slide change signals.

Alternatively, FBAS-originated VIDEOS on DVD format are available for FREE HIRE to FBAS Member Societies and for individual purchase. More video titles are being added to the list all the time so it is worth checking to see what is available.

The success of the scheme depends on two things: a series of subjects worth looking at and responsible usage. The Federation meets the first of these requirements but the second must be met by Societies. The system depends on a fast return of hired programmes, for checking, before they are sent out again.

           PROGRAMMES, CAN CAUSE MISSED BOOKINGS AS THESE CAN

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Bookings taken in strict rotation, subject to availability.

RETURN PROGRAMMES IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE TO THE FBAS

A Penalty Fee of £5.00 will be levied against Societies returning a
programme later than ONE MONTH after the required Booking date.

Societies will be required to pay replacement costs in the event of loss or damage, and attention is drawn to the fact that programme content is copyright material.
