FBAS Assemblies are held quarterly - on the first Saturday of March, June, September and December - and provide opportunities for Societies' Delegates (or their representatives by proxy) to debate matters important to the hobby and to their own needs.

At each Assembly, FBAS Council Members present their reports which may then be openly discussed and voted on, if necessary.

The December Assembly also incorporates an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING at which Council Members are elected (or re-elected).
